Affected version: Ple4Win v4.3.1 build 15032

Ple4Win does also calculate in the NEN 3650-2 Analysis type the membrane stresses in a pressureless system calculation. According to the NEN 3650-2:2012 article D.3.1.3 this should be done if the loadfactor of the internal pressure is applied (> 0) with BC 3 (no temperature loading).
