Update the image in help file at The User Interface. This image should be updated when "Steel-in-steel" Long table name (2 times) is changed into "Steel-in-Steel" in the next version after version 4.8.1.

Yes, the image will be updated as soon as the caption on Ple4Win is updated. This issue is registered as number 2815.
